CFA / CCFA Piles

CFA (Continuous Flight Auger) and CCFA (Casing Continuous Flight Auger) piles can be constructed with diameters ranging from 400 to 1500mm and depths up to 35 meters.

Types

CFA Piles: Excavation is done using a continuous auger. Once the excavation is complete, concrete is pumped as the auger is withdrawn, and then the reinforcement cage is placed.
CCFA Piles: Uses a metal casing with a continuous auger inside. Similar to CFA, concrete is pumped as the auger is withdrawn through the drilling rods.
